DELIVERY POLICY FOR WONDER PHOTO SHOP

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability from Wonder Photo Shop website (“the Site”). If an item is not in stock at the time the order is placed, the Operator will notify User and refund the total amount of order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location

Items offered in the Site are only available for delivery to addresses in the Philippines. Any shipments outside of the Philippines are not available at this time.

3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to the User once the order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, the Site makes every effort to fulfill the User’s order within 7 business days of the date of order. “Business day” means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in the Republic of the Philippines on which banks in the National Capital Region are open for general commercial business.

Please note the Site only process orders on business days and does not ship on weekends.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in partial shipments.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the order and the delivery method. To find out how much the order will cost, the User must add the items to cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

5. Proxy

If the User will not be the one to receive item upon delivery, the User’s proxy must present an authorization letter, a photocopy of the valid ID of the cardholder, and of the one receiving the item. Proxy must also sign DATA PRIVACY CONSENT STATEMENT FORM.

6. Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, the User contact the Operator immediately at info@wonderphotoshop.ph
